Slumber

Yeah, so this is what I eventually came up with for my mom's birthday. I figured that I didn't have time to do any sort of realistic portrait... not with all the mucking around I do before I get it even sort of right, so instead I did a kind of illustration of one of her favourite photos which is on me and my brother. When we were little we used to sneak into each other's beds in the middle of the night and I guess my parents thought it was sweet because there are a few photos around. I think we are approximately 6 and 4 here.

Hmm, my little brother said he thinks it looks like two little kids about to kiss , although it wasn't finished at the time...
